The Gdańsk Foundation for Social Innovation (GFIS) announces that it has received a grant for the project ‘Green Renewal’, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+). The grant agreement has been signed and project activities began on 1 April 2025.
The aim of the project is to increase the organisational capacity of the Gdańsk Foundation for Social Innovation, which will enable it to respond and adapt the working environment to new development and civilisational challenges and improve the quality of working life of GFIS employees by 2026. The project is aimed at 99 GFIS employees.
The main project activities include:
Implementation of an electronic document circulation system (EOD) to streamline internal administrative processes and information flow within the organisation,
Implementation of a CRM system – enabling effective human resource management, communication with donors, and the development and maintenance of internal databases for the Foundation's needs,
Creation of 10 remote and hybrid workstations – increasing organisational flexibility and workplace availability,
Development and implementation of a policy to prevent burnout – aimed at social assistance workers employed by GFIS, supporting their well-being and long-term professional commitment.
The project responds to the current needs of GFIS in terms of digitisation, sustainable human resource management and improvement of working conditions. The activities planned under the project are a continuation of the organisation's strategic development and respond to the challenges identified in the previous diagnosis.
