Our organisation has joined the Pajacyk programme: psychosocial assistance! Until now, we knew the Pajacyk programme from its food aid campaign for children. At the beginning of March 2021, PAH expanded its activities to include psychological support for young people. We have been working with Pajacyk since May! Our common goal is to provide children with adequate help in these difficult times. Joining the programme gives us the opportunity to reach even more children and young people in our region with our help! As part of the programme, we will be able to: finance individual therapy for participants of the ‘Świetlica w Gościnnej Przystani’ day care centre and ‘Szkoła dla Rodziców’ development workshops for parents and guardians of our day care centre children. Who will receive our help? We, like other organisations operating within the Pajacyk programme, have conducted a needs assessment in our regions. The programme will cover 9 children and 12 parents and carers.
In total, psychosocial assistance will cover nearly 370 children and over 200 adults – parents, guardians and educators.
