Parkolada

Parkolada is a seasonal community café we established in 2020, located at ul. Nowiny 2 c in Gdańsk.

It is located in a renovated building of the historic Wozownia (carriage house) in the buffer zone of Oruński Park. At Parkolada, we serve takeaway products such as ice cream, waffles, sweet homemade pastries, savoury snacks and drinks. We also cater for corporate events in various locations in Gdańsk, serving aromatic coffee, homemade baked goods, snacks and drinks from an Italian Piaggio scooter. The café belongs to a network of social enterprises run by the Social Innovation Foundation. The café's policy is to pursue the Foundation's goals in the area of vocational education and helping young people from care and educational institutions gain professional experience. We create internships and first jobs for them, which are intended to be a bridge to the open labour market and a successful start to adulthood.
