So Stay Bed & Breakfast is the first socially responsible hotel in Poland, which we established and have been running since 2015.

The three-star facility, located at 18 Kartuska Street in Gdańsk, close to the city centre, is an intimate and modern place with a unique atmosphere.

We offer 17 comfortable, air-conditioned rooms, a training room and a restaurant serving breakfast, special events and catering services. We also organise study visits for domestic and foreign entities, sharing our experience and model of vocational education for young people. The hotel belongs to a network of social enterprises run by the Social Innovation Foundation, established as an operator for activities in the field of social entrepreneurship. The hotel's policy implements the Foundation's objectives in the area of vocational education and the acquisition of professional experience by young people from care and educational institutions. We create internships and first jobs for them, which are intended to be a bridge to the open labour market and a successful start to adulthood.
