Streetworking
Streetworking with children and young people is a method of work that involves directly reaching out to young people in their natural environment, such as streets, playgrounds, parks, youth hangouts, and other places where they spend their time. The aim of streetworking is to support children and young people in difficult life situations, prevent social exclusion and help them develop the skills they need to function better in society. Building trust between streetworkers and young people is key to our work and essential for effective support and cooperation.
